How long will delivery take?
With standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days (UK) after order processing (allow 2 business days). You can upgrade to TRACKED 48 hr or TRACKED 24 hr at checkout for a faster tracked delivery if you wish. Shipping to outside the UK takes longer.

Can I customise my keyring?
Mostly yes, you can personalise most of our keyrings with names, dates, or special messages. Please check each listing to see if that design can be personalised.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items with original packaging. We cannot accept personalised items for obvious reasons. Please see Returns & Refunds page.
Do you ship internationally?
Some, we offer International shipping to a select few countries with tracking available on all orders. We do not currently ship to the European Union (EU) due to their complicated customs rules.
